What happens once I place an order
Our representative comes at the scheduled time with laundry bags to collect your order. If there are any special instructions; stains, damages, repair work required, you may inform at the time of collection. Once the order reaches our facility individual items are inspected, processed and neatly packed, ready for delivery.
When will I get my delivery (Do you offer 24 hrs delivery)
Lavado offers a next-day delivery at an extra cost. However, depending on the exact volume of your items, process required, we can give you an exact ETA at the time of pickup.
Is there any delivery fee?
You can try Lavado's services with something as simple as a single garment. But we will waive off the delivery fee (Rs 80) for all orders above Rs 500
Can you handle designer wear, leather and luxury bags & shoe cleaning
Yes, we have highly trained experts and use international standard cleaning products to ensure your garments/bags/shoes get the proper care and required cleaning
What happens incase there is a damage to my item
If you don't like the service quality or in the rare case there has been a damage to your item, we're happy to offer a re-service, where our cleaning experts will take another dig at making your clothes and accessories look and feel brand new again.
