Here's everything you need to know before you try Lavado.

Do you charge for pickup or delivery?

A pickup/delivery charge of Rs 60 is applicable on all Lavado orders. However, you can avail FREE pickup and delivery if your order value is more than Rs 360.

Do you only clean clothes, or is it more than that?

We provide end-to-end cleaning, dry-cleaning, repairing, and maintenance services for all your garments and accessories. This includes regular clothing, designer-wear, linens, soft furnishings, shoes, bags, and much more. Our cleaning service includes the option to dry-clean or steam-iron your clothes upon request.

How fast is your service?

Lavado offers a next-day delivery service for all orders. However, depending on the exact volume of your items/inventory, we can give you an exact ETA at the time of pickup.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can try Lavado's services with something as simple as a single garment. But we will waive off the delivery fee (Rs 60) for all orders above Rs 360.

What's your refund policy?

In our operational history, we've never had to offer a refund because none of our customers have asked for one. However, we have a policy in place to refund payments in case there is any damage to your clothing in transit or while servicing. If you're not happy with the service or level of cleaning received, we're happy to offer a re-service, where our cleaning experts will take another dig at making your clothes and accessories look and feel brand new again.
